Supplies Needed:
Tube of choice: However I am using Barbara Jensen

Plugins=Xenofex2 Constellation, Gradient Glow,

Open template, shift d to duplicate
Delete copyright and background layers
Re-size canvas to 800 x 800, we will crop and re-size later
Highlight purple rectangle
Open Paper5, copy and paste as a new layer, invert and delete, select none and merge down
Highlight mauve circle
Open Paper8, copy and paste as a new layer, invert and delete, select none and merge down
Click on the white circle, apply the following noise settings
Now apply the following drop shadow
Now apply another drop shadow but switch the number to -2, 3
Now apply the same Noise and drop shadows to the mauve rectangle layer also
Merge black rectangles
Apply Xenofex2 Constellation using the following settings
Highlight mauve inside frames
Open Paper20, copy and paste as a new layer, invert and delete, select none and merge down
Highlight inside frame layer again
Copy and past close up of tube of choice, invert and delete
Duplicate then mirror, merge into one layer
Change the blend mode to Luminance (L) and the opacity to 57%
Open tube of choice and place in the middle
Open Banner, re-size by 90%, copy and paste as a new layer just above the frame layer, apply drop shadow with above settings, repeat
Open Santa, re-size by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer, use my tag as example of placement
Open reindeer, re-size by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer, use my tag as example of placement
Open Sparkle 2, copy and paste as a new layer, just above the frame layer
Duplicate and mirror, merge into one layer
Open Bow 2, re-size by 30%, copy and paste as a new layer, use my tag as example of placement
Duplicate and mirror, merge into one layer
Open Word-art, re-size by 75%, copy and paste as a new layer, use my tag as example of placement
Apply a gradient glow using the following settings
Crop image to your preference, re-size tag making sure it is no longer than 650 on its longest side
Add any other elements of your choice
Add copyright
Save as PNG file.
